recipes:

waffles
makes 6 waffles

2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbasp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups milk
6 tbsp oil
2 large eggs

mix ingredients in bowl until well blended.  let sit 5 minutes.  preheat waffle maker. pour 1/2 cup batter into the centre of the waffle iron, and spread it out with a spatula.  close it and wait for the green light to appear.  then remove your waffle!
serve with butter and jam, blueberry greek yogurt and walnuts!
